Mind Body 954 has a beautiful, peaceful yoga sanctuary. Our yoga staff brings many different variations of styles, practices and uniqueness to our studio. Yoga has evolved so much over the last thousand years to embrace a wide range of styles, disciplines and society. Yoga is a very popular activity for people of all ages including athletes, children, and seniors. Yoga can be modified to suit all levels of fitness. Yoga has been proven to lower blood pressure, decrease stress, ease depression and increases strength & flexibility. Yoga re-energizes our bodies and rejuvenates our minds.

 

Vinyasa is all about connection: connecting your movements to your breath, your thoughts to your actions, and your actions to the results; whereas Power Yoga is generally about getting a good workout. Power Vinyasa combines all of the above to give you both – what you want, and what you need. Room is heated to 75-85 degrees to increase muscle relaxation and flexibility. This is a hour class.
